Provider Matching
YourHomeRadar uses the details in your service request — ZIP code, service type, urgency, and issue description — to identify local providers who may be a good match. This is how we generate the options we show you.
Your personal contact information is held privately during this process. It is only shared with a specific provider after you have reviewed your options and chosen to move forward with them. We do not share your full contact details with multiple providers simultaneously.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet our legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account or specific records, we will remove your personal information from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
