Welcome to YourHomeRadar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourHomeRadar website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by YourHomeRadar, Inc. ("YourHomeRadar," "we," "us," or "our").
YourHomeRadar is a home services concierge platform. We help homeowners, renters, and property managers describe a home issue, receive curated options from local service providers, and coordinate scheduling — all without requiring you to make multiple phone calls or search independently.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, submitting a service request, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YourHomeRadar, Inc. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Service Description
YourHomeRadar provides a platform that assists users in identifying, comparing, and connecting with independent third-party home service providers. Our Service includes:
- Accepting descriptions of home service needs submitted by users
- Presenting relevant local service provider options based on ZIP code, service type, and urgency
- Facilitating coordination and scheduling communications between users and service providers
- Maintaining a record of requests and prior service interactions within a user's account
YourHomeRadar is a concierge and matching platform, not a licensed contractor, home services company, or trade professional. We do not perform home services ourselves.
No Guarantee of Provider Availability
While we work to present relevant and available service providers in response to each request, YourHomeRadar does not guarantee that any specific provider will be available, that a provider will respond within any particular timeframe, or that a booking can always be confirmed.
Provider availability is subject to change without notice. Estimated pricing, availability windows, and response times displayed on our platform are for informational purposes only and are not contractual commitments.
YourHomeRadar is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from a provider's unavailability or failure to respond.
Third-Party Service Providers
All home services are performed by independent third-party contractors and service companies, not by YourHomeRadar. These providers are independent businesses solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and outcome of any work they perform.
YourHomeRadar does not employ, endorse, or warrant any third-party provider. Any contractual relationship for home services is directly between you and the service provider. YourHomeRadar is not a party to that agreement and assumes no responsibility for disputes, defective work, property damage, injury, or any other outcome related to services provided by a third party.
If you have a dispute with a service provider, please contact that provider directly. We may attempt to assist in resolving disputes as a courtesy but are not obligated to do so.
User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a service request
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Not use the Service to harass, spam, or contact providers or other users in an unauthorized manner
- Cooperate with providers in a professional and respectful manner
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
Accuracy of Information Submitted
The quality and relevance of the options we present depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. If you submit an incorrect ZIP code, misidentify the service type, or provide an incomplete description, the provider matches we return may not be well-suited for your actual need.
YourHomeRadar is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the user.
Communications Consent
By submitting a service request through YourHomeRadar, you expressly consent to being contacted by YourHomeRadar and, where relevant, by matched service providers, using the contact information you provide — including by phone, text message, and email — for purposes related to your request, options, scheduling, and follow-up.
Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at hello@yourhomeradar.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send.
We do not sell your contact information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.
Booking & Scheduling Limitations
YourHomeRadar facilitates introductions and scheduling coordination between users and service providers but does not itself book, confirm, or guarantee any appointment. A confirmed appointment exists only when both the user and the service provider have agreed to specific service terms directly.
Pricing displayed through our platform is estimated and illustrative. Final pricing is determined solely by the service provider. YourHomeRadar has no control over and accepts no responsibility for final pricing, cancellations, no-shows, delays, or rescheduling by providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on the YourHomeRadar platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, and software — is the property of YourHomeRadar, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
YourHomeRadar does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOURHOMERADAR, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YOURHOMERADAR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO YOURHOMERADAR IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourHomeRadar, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, any information you submit, or your interaction with any third-party service provider.
Changes to the Service
YourHomeRadar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
